Business Services
The Business Services Unit enables the Institute’s technical teams to deliver complex, operational research activities across the region.
The Unit provides comprehensive support in key functions such as Finance; Communications; Human Resources; Administration; Proposal and Contract Management in a flexible manner to projects small, medium and large scale.
Matt Ralston, Chief Operating Officer
Matt oversees the Institute’s daily operations and is responsible for the implementation of the Institute’s strategic focus areas and managing the organisation’s risk; and ensuring efficiency across human resources, operations and finance.
