Cearet Sood

Research Assistant

Cearet is a public health practitioner with five years of experience in rural India. In her previous roles, Cearet collaborated closely with central and state governments to design and implement behavioural interventions aimed at addressing maternal and infant health challenges. She has a strong background as a qualitative researcher and has worked on projects that have leveraged systems thinking, and social and behavioural sciences to improve breastfeeding practices, promote complementary feeding, and improve immunisation rates.

Cearet is keen on exploring the intersection of gender and health, particularly within the context of migrant populations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies.
