Inclusive Energy Transition in South Asia and Beyond

Project Details

The goal of a just energy transition is to ensure that all segments of society, particularly vulnerable and marginalised communities, are actively involved in and benefit from the shift to cleaner and more sustainable energy practices.

This project will bring together stakeholders in energy development to ensure they are actively involved in and benefit from the shift to cleaner and more sustainable energy practices.

Working with regional partners, Nossal Institute will plan and deliver a series of knowledge building events including:

  • subregional conference
  • lateral learning workshops

These events will run in the South Asia region - Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka - and will encourage the use of energy solutions that are fair, with a focus on gender equality and social inclusion.

Visit the project event page for details of upcoming sessions.
