Research Focus: Maternal & child health
Kenneth has a background in public health and epidemiology. His current research interest is in sexual, reproductive, maternal and adolescent health, specialising in understanding the epidemiology of sexual and reproductive health challenges, access to healthcare, quality of care and outcomes. Before his PhD studies, Kenneth’s work at the African Population and Health Research Centre (APHRC) involved leading studies to understand the context of abortion and the quality of post-abortion care across several countries in Africa.
At the Nossal Institute of Global Health, Kenneth contributes to reviews on caesarean section births globally, to inform the development of WHO standards and guidelines on caesarean sections.
