Biography

Dhushanthi Ramakrishnan is a PhD student in the Economics of Global Health and Infectious Diseases Unit at the University of Melbourne, under the supervision of A/Prof Angela Devine and Dr Rabiah Al Adawiyah. Her current research focuses on the economics of developing a gene drive for Plasmodium falciparum elimination. Her work is focused on estimating the deployment costs and modelling the cost-effectiveness of deploying the gene drive.
