2016 program

The Faculty is committed to the ongoing development of staff and to enabling cultures where all staff can thrive. The mentoring program plays an important role where, through the adoption of a bifocal approach, individual development is linked to organisational change. The experiences and perspectives of mentees are fed back to senior leaders, with participants, mentors and Faculty leaders encouraged to work for change.

The 2016 program is open to mentees employed at professional staff levels HEW 6-8 or academic staff levels A6-C6. The closing date for applications to participate in the program is Monday 29 February 2016.

To apply send an email to Melanie Schmidt addressing the following questions:

  • What do you want to achieve from the mentoring program?
  • What are your specific development objectives?
