Developing a scalable, woman-centred model for cervical cancer screening in vulnerable women in India (SHE-CAN Study)
Project Details
This project is an implementation research study on cervical screening that aims to co-design, implement and evaluate HPV based self-sampling in vulnerable populations in the Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Mizoram. Following a formative phase and a co-design phase, we will conduct a cluster randomised trial among approximately 6000 women from rural, tribal and urban poor populations over one year.
