Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
At the MSPGH, we are deeply committed to creating, implementing and embedding equity and diversity practice into all our activities so that the school is an inclusive, welcoming and inspiring place to work and study.
We work closely with the Associate Dean of Diversity and Inclusion in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, amplifying and localising faculty-level initiatives. We aim to transform the faculty values of Collaboration & Teamwork, Compassion, Respect, Integrity, and Accountability into a living framework that permeates the school’s culture, operations and decision-making processes.
About the MSPGH Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee
A dedicated standing committee of the school – MSPGH Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee – is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and actions to improve equity, diversity and inclusion. Our actions align with the University’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2030.
Committee members comprise academic and professional staff and students from across every Centre of the School, representing a range of backgrounds and experiences. The committee shares a common goal and a passion and commitment to fostering a school environment where diversity is celebrated, different perspectives are valued, and everyone feels like they belong.
