This seminar will focus on the economics of vaccines in the post-Covid era. We will address the rising cost of new and existing vaccines, the impact of vaccine introduction and sustainability on immunisation budgets in light of COVID-19, and how health economic evidence and modelling are used to guide policy-making in the Asia Pacific region. We will also touch on inequality in access, availability, and use of vaccines across and within countries.
Our panelists will reflect on challenges and opportunities from their various perspectives within Government, Academia, and/or Policy institutions that influence government.
