Asia Pacific Malaria Elimination Network -Vivax Working Group meeting
Dr Angela Devine and Mr Patrick Abraham attended the APMEN Vivax Working Group meeting in Kuching, Malaysia 24th- 26th September. This bi-annual meeting brings together malaria researchers, national malaria control program managers, various ministries of health and funding bodies to discuss advances in vivax malaria control. During this 3-day meeting, Angela also facilitated a workshop with malaria program managers to understand the types of economic analyses which could optimise local control policies. The meeting was well attended and enjoyed by all collaborators, and Angela and Patrick had valuable face-to-face time with many colleagues and collaborators.
