Samantha's research utilises epidemiological and economic principles to model the health and economic impacts of tobacco control interventions in Australia. This work aims to identify the most effective policies to achieve a ‘tobacco endgame’ while reducing current inequities in smoking rates by SEIFA and remoteness, as well as determine the influence of illicit tobacco trade and vaping on modelled policies.
