Welcome Professor Catherine Chamberlain to the Centre for Health Equity

New Professor of Indigenous Health

Professor Catherine Chamberlain will be joining our Centre as the new Professor of Indigenous Health on 26th July and will lead the Indigenous Health Equity Unit.

Catherine, a descendant of the Trawlwoolway People (Tasmania), has over 25 years' experience in reproductive and child health, including program and hospital service management, policy implementation, guideline development, evidence-based practice and research. Her mixed method research experience includes qualitative research, epidemiological research, research translation and evidence synthesis.
