Job Opportunity: Gender, Employment & Health Inequalities

An exciting position exists for a quantitative social science researcher to contribute to our work program on gender, employment, and health inequalities, with a specific focus on mental health.

The program is led by Dr Allison Milner, Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Health Equity within the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health. This position will cover a range of projects funded by external government and National Health and Medical Research funding schemes. You will collaborate with other members of the research team in producing research outputs and lead the writing and analyses when required.

The successful candidate will be a vital part of the research team, fulfilling a broad range of functions including questionnaire development, data collection and analysis.  To be successful in this role you can apply research methodologies and quantitative/qualitative data analysis skills, and demonstrate an ability to contribute to independent and team based research, with a desire to build an academic career.
