How Are You Going? is a study conducted by the Nossal Institute of Global Health at the University of Melbourne that seeks to gather data to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the overall well-being and economic circumstances of individuals and households worldwide, as well as how this is changing over time.

Our hope is that this insight will lead to more effective policy responses to help address the challenges posed by COVID-19.

How Are You Going? is a study conducted by the Nossal Institute of Global Health at the University of Melbourne that seeks to gather data to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic and health outcomes and the overall wellbeing of individuals and households worldwide.

The research will explore how large these impacts are, how they vary across individuals in different countries, by their social and economic circumstances, and over time.

The research may also lead to more effective policy responses to address the challenges posed by COVID-19.

How You Can Be Involved

The study is being conducted by inviting people all over the world to complete the survey on this site – and we would love you to be involved.

  • We want to find out how you are doing, and what effect the COVID-19 crisis has had on you and your family.
  • You can return to this survey as often as you like, to give us an update on how you’re doing.
  • You can also track how you’re doing over time and see how that compares to others in your country and around the world.
