Jason Chiang

Jason has experience in leading epidemiological studies focusing on multimorbidity and health outcomes in type 2 diabetes during his PhD at the University of Melbourne. He is now transitioning to a Research Fellow of Digital Health position at the Westmead Applied Research Centre, University of Sydney. He will be contributing to projects aimed at developing and evaluating innovative ways of improving access to, and participation in, cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention activities and services. There will be a focus on translation research that address the specific needs of patients in the western Sydney region, with a view for global scalability.
