Pat Anderson AO will launch the 2021 Annual Update and provide a brief occasional address.

Ms Anderson is an Alyawarre woman known nationally and internationally as a powerful advocate for the health of Australia’s First Peoples. She has extensive experience in Aboriginal health, including community development, policy formation and research ethics. Pat is the current Chairperson of the Remote Area Health Corporation, Lowitja Institute and Batchelor Institute Council, and the inaugural Patron of WoSSCA, the Women’s Safety Services of Central Australia.

Prof Hugh Taylor will present on Roadmap progress over the past year and highlight key achievements and some future plans. This is the tenth Annual Update report since The Roadmap to Close the Gap for Vision was launched in 2012.
