Martin Thmoas

Martin has a deep understanding of international aid and development and specialises in advocacy, strategic communications, public policy and campaigning.  He has senior leadership experience in both international development and domestic charities.

Martin has previously worked as CEO of Habitat for Humanity Australia and has also held senior advocacy, policy and communications roles with UNICEF Australia, World Vision International & Australia and Mission Australia.

Prior to working in the not-for-profit sector, Martin worked as a senior editor and journalist with The Australian and The Courier-Mail newspapers. He has a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Arts (International Relations). He was a founding board member of International Justice Mission Australia and is currently on the board of Transparency International Australia.
