Dr Sanne Oostermeijer

The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Travel Grant Scheme is intended to assist Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences ECRs with high research potential to further enhance their research capabilities, national/international profile, and collaborative network, and to build on their track record. The scheme provides financial support to enable ECRs to participate in research conferences via accepted presentations, and potentially to visit research centres during the same period of travel.

Dr Sanne Oostermeijer has been awarded an ECR Travel Grant and will be using it to present at the Reintegration Puzzle Conference in Darwin (26-28 June 2019: http://rpc2019.conferenceworks.com.au/).

The conference focuses on reintegration issues and challenges faced by people after prison, and how to improve reintegration. Sanne will give a presentation on her project: Local Time ‘Small-scale local facilities in Victoria: Promoting positive outcomes for justice-involved young people.’
