Quality, safety and consumer engagement in health
Our research focuses on improving quality and safety in the health system through governance and reporting. A key aim of this research is to ensure that that the quality and safety in the health system is transparent and accountable to consumers. In this and all our work we engage closely with consumers to ensure that we understand their perspectives on how to improve the health system.
