Improving health system responsiveness to diversity
Our work aims to eliminate discrimination and improve the ability of the health system to meet the needs of all Australians. The program of work includes:
- Identifying the nature of discrimination and its impacts;
- Developing guidelines, programs and policy to improve inclusion and cultural safety;
- Increasing the evidence base for the health benefits of self-determination among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
