Following the WHO Regional Office for Europe Health in Prisons Programme (HIPP) Preparatory meeting for the Technical Expert Group (TEG), held in Helsinki on 28th March 2019, Prof Stuart Kinner was named as the Chair of the WHO HIPP TEG.
