Justice Health Unit presents at AYJA Conference
In collaboration with Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children (OT), the Australian Youth Justice Administrators (AYJA) partnered with the University of Auckland (UOA) to deliver the 4th Australasian Youth Justice Conference (AYJC 2021 Online): Delivering Youth Justice for the Community, by the Community.
Justice Health Unit team members A/Prof Rohan Borschmann, Dr Lucas Calais Ferreira, and Lindsay Pearce presented at the conference on the following topics:
- Health and Welfare Outcomes for Young People Following Release from Incarceration in Queensland, Australia (A/Prof Rohan Borschmann)
- Non-communicable Disease, Multimorbidity, and Mortality Among Justice-involved Young People: A data linkage study (Dr Lucas Calais Ferreira)
