Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina

The Justice Health Unit has a collaborative relationship with the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) based in Florianópolis, Brazil. The Justice Health Unit and researchers from UFSC have been working to develop an evidence base and research capacity in prison and youth detention health, with the aim of benefiting decision-makers in the local, regional and national health systems of Brazil, and the broader PAHO region.
