Cheneal Puljevic

Cheneal Puljević received her PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University in 2018, with her thesis focusing on tobacco use among people who experienced incarceration in smoke-free prisons. She is currently employed as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Services Research at The University of Queensland, and is a CI on the University of Melbourne-led SQuARe trial, which aims to reduce high rates of smoking relapse among people released from smoke-free prisons in Victoria. Cheneal has several years of experience working in drug and alcohol counselling and research, with her publication record focusing on health behaviours of justice-involved populations.
