    The world can sometimes make us feel alone, sad or angry, but sharing with others and feeling that you belong can help you feel better:

    It’s OK if you find it hard to others about what happened, and it is your decision if you want to do it and how.

    Feeling comfortable about opening to others can be a difficult but also exciting journey. You may find relief and support in others, and even learn things you did not expect:

  • School

    Returning to or starting at a new school can be difficult, but school can also help you gain a sense of safety, belonging and help you build up for your future. It is important that your school understands your situation and supports both you and your family.
