New research on family violence

Karen Block (Evidence and Child Health Unit and Cathy Vaughan, Gender and Women's Health Unit

The Centre for Health Equity (CHE) has recently been awarded two contracts by the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet for research in relation to the prevention of family violence.  These research projects are to support the Multicultural Affairs and Social Cohesion Division’s efforts to prevent violence in culturally, linguistically and religiously diverse Victorian communities, and add to the growing body of work on violence against women undertaken in the Centre.
