Risk factors for and outcomes of lung function impairment throughout the lifespan

I am a current PhD candidate at the Allergy and Lung Health Unit (ALHU), Centre for Epidemiology and Biostatistics (CEB). I completed my Master of Public Health (The University of Melbourne, 2011) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hanoi University of Pharmacy, 2005).
In my PhD, I investigate the long-term impact of early life risk factors and impaired lung function in childhood on lung function and obstructive lung diseases in middle age. I also aim to model trajectories of lung function from childhood to middle age. Risk/protective factors and the consequences of the identified trajectories then will be examined. Data from the Tasmanian Longitudinal Health Study (TAHS) are used in my research.
