Incorrect food labeling sparks calls for tighter regulations

Dr Giovanni Zurzolo from the Allergy and Lung Health Unit in the Centre for Epidemiology & Biostatistics discusses his paper, published in the Journal of Paediatrics and Child Health. There is evidence that shows incorrect labelling of food products are causing too many allergic reactions and in turn why there's a need for tighter regulation.
