Dr Kim Dalziel presents at the Pediatric Academic Societies 2017

Dr Kim Dalziel presented at the recent Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) meeting held May 6-9 at the Moscone West Convention Center in San Francisco, the largest Pediatric Research meeting in the world which provides a platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting-edge science in multiple subspecialties across pediatric research.

Dr Kim delivered two oral presentations at the meeting: (1) The cost effectiveness of the decision rules for head injuries in children with a focus on PECARN, CATCH and CHALCE decision rules compared to usual care, and (2) The economic evaluation of High Flow versus CPAP as primary respiratory support for preterm infants. The presentations attracted large audiences and received extensive positive feedback.
